Not because the words of Jesus are unclear, but because the truth is uncomfortable. Hard truth does not always fill seats, but it does save souls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus did not soften the truth to match the culture. In Mark 10:10\u201312 He plainly states that divorce followed by remarriage results in adultery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our modern culture has normalized what God has warned against. What used to be called sin is now called freedom. What used to be called adultery is now called starting over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But changing the label does not change the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Truth is love because it warns us before we walk toward destruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A culture built on feelings and pleasure will always reject God&#8217;s design.
